3 Day Live Group Auction Buying Tour:
Attend a Live, in Person Buying Tours (Individual or One Couple) – A three-day training event in a small group setting with a Certified Ted Thomas Coach. Days 1-2: Classroom training, due diligence, and property site visits. Day 3: Live auction participation & review session. Also includes pre-event Zoom training sessions.
One-On-One 30-Day Virtual Auction Experience:
This is the most hands-on experience we offer. You are paired with one of the Ted Thomas system’s most successful investors and get a front-row seat to a complete live auction cycle as it unfolds in real time. Together you choose a target market, then for 30 days you watch the real work happen: researching the auction list, calling county offices, coordinating site visits with local professionals, evaluating properties, and bidding in the live auction.
You will hear real phone calls with government offices, real estate agents, contractors, and other key players in the process. If you become the winning bidder, your investor host continues working with you through the post-auction steps. Access is provided via Zoom, phone, email, and text for as many sessions as needed throughout the full 30 days, and your investor host will not be bidding against you. This experience is reserved for one individual or one couple, and only three spots are available.

A class taught by Seasoned Ted Thomas Student, Paul Castillo, where he teaches the strategies that he uses to build passive income.
