Let’s say the property has a tax assessed value of $100,000, however they’re going to auction it for five cents on the dollar. If you could buy that property for five cents on the dollar, I’m sure there’s enough margin in that property for you to make some money.

Additionally, the treasurer will wipe out the mortgage or the trust deed off the property. They’re sold mortgage-free so that makes it an even more lucrative business.
